Mille Ravn

A lab is only as strong as its foundations, and Mille is the person who keeps those foundations solid. As Laboratory Manager, she oversees the day-to-day running of a busy research environment — from assay optimisation and protocol development to equipment management and onboarding new team members. Her technical precision and organisational instinct are woven into everything the lab produces. Now taking that commitment a step further, Mille is also beginning a Master’s degree within the group — deepening her scientific expertise while continuing to be the operational backbone that makes everyone else’s work possible.
